Case Report of Breast Total Skin Necrosis

Abstract
|
|
|
Total skin defect of the breat is a rare acquired condition. This case had a tctal skin defect at right breast, while glandular tissue, nipple areolar complex were intact. Lactation was continued.
It was probably due to hypersensitivity of ointment complex. After continuous compression dressing was done because of vigorous lactation, 1. 5 times mesh skin graft was applied. We obtained a good result by using skin graft for repairing of right breast skin necrosis.
